MyTrack allows you to record the distance travelled for young people in terms of their soft outcomes. MyTrack can be used to assess where they are in terms of their self esteem and skills base and can be used to form action plans and individual learning plans. As well as this it is a useful tool in demonstrating to young people and funding agencies just how far they have come in areas usually deemed as unmeasurable.
